Base pay range$30.00/hr – $42.00/hr

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers can be informed if additional service is needed and provide an estimate of time required for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Keep a great attitude
- Keep your area and the customer cars clean
- High school diploma
- ASE certification preferred
- GM training/repair experience preferred
- Strong teamwork skills
- Valid automobile insurance
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to identify problems efficiently and accurately
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
