Scope
Carry out corrective, planned and unplanned maintenance to have the machines and equipment running optimally in the plant.
Main activities
* Take care of your own safety and that of your peers through compliance with safety standards.
* Perform repairs to equipment quickly and efficiently.
* Generator of effective solutions.
* Minimize line stoppages by equipment and downed machines.
* Track problems and correct equipment and machine failures.
* Participate in continuous improvement programs.
* Implementation and operation of 5s in the areas where they work with the repair of the machines.
* Report maintenance times performed.
* Comply with company rules and policies.
* Communicate effectively with your supervisor to review the expectations of your daily work.
* Comply with the preventive maintenance program.
* Filling and proper handling of work orders.
Accountability including KPIs
Safety & Compliance
* Zero safety violations recorded during work shifts.
* 100% compliance with PPE and safety standards.
* Active participation in monthly safety audits or toolbox talks.
Production Continuity
* Line stoppage minutes per week/month attributable to equipment issues.
* % uptime of assigned machines (availability metric).
Preventive Maintenance Compliance
* % of preventive maintenance tasks completed on schedule.
* % reduction in corrective maintenance due to preventive actions.
Profile (Experience & qualifications)
Education:
* Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or technical career.
* Eligible candidates may receive 100% tuition coverage through Albea.
Experience:
* Minimum voucher of 2 years as a maintenance technician.
Skills:
* Mechanical systems experience, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
* Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
