We are hiring a 3rd Shift Quality Technician to join our team! This position provides necessary support for the Company's Quality objectives. The Quality Technician runs first pieces on CMM and analyzes CMM reports to support Manufacturing and other departments’ personnel.

• Inspects parts with dimensional results.
• Calibrates all CMM relative to the calibration program.
• Performs general gauge repair.
• Conducts capability studies as needed.
• Facilitates measurement system analysis.
• Performs special assignments as delegated.
• Performs product qualification testing using laboratory equipment.
• Confirms as needed with secondary measurement system to include functional and hard gauges.
• Collects scrap from the production floor at the end of the shift.

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, set‑up operators, machine programmers, and operators when issues arise.
• Knowledge of how to read CMM reports and communicate the results.
• Job prioritization and time management skills.
• Experience with CMM care and maintenance.
