Pretreatment Operator

The Pretreatment Operator is responsible for operating pretreatment equipment to prepare items for decoration or printing. This role ensures that all materials meet the required standards for quality, adhesion, and durability before moving to the next production stage.

What we need from you:

• Operate pretreatment equipment and ensure consistent process parameters.
• Inspect materials before and after treatment to ensure quality standards.
• Handle chemicals and solutions safely following company procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

What we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or surface preparation preferred.
• Understanding of safety and chemical handling protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive production goals.

Work Environment: This job works in a manufacturing environment, using various manufacturing equipment.
