The Product Application Manager – Mobile Application & Member Portal, will manage the development, enhancement, and optimization of our mobile application and member portal. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through design, development, and launch — ensuring our digital experiences drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction for our members. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and sales to deliver seamless, user-centric digital solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement of our mobile application and member portal to ensure optimal member experience
  • Work cross-functionally with internal sales and operations teams to ensure that internal tools and processes can successfully support the customer-facing member experience
  • Plan and execute successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to clearly write, communicate, direct project requirements for development teams
  • Drive data-driven decisions and prioritization of initiatives
  • Continuously monitor performance of site and application
  • Leverage A/B testing capabilities to incrementally drive optimization and exceed KPI goals
  • Ability to analyze reporting and data to make informed product decisions and recommendations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
    Computer Science degree preferred but not required
  • 6+ years of technical product management experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and technology teams to define and implement requirements
  • Experience building an end user product
  • Experience with lean/ agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with App Stores & App Submissions
  • Experience with tracking/ticketing technology, such as  or Jira
  • Ability to dive deep and become a problem solver in complex areas
  • Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and technology into simple, engaging, and intuitive user experiences
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Approach all projects with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong excel and data analysis skills
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
  • Experience working in the Medicare and/or Healthcare industries beneficial, but not required
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, overhead lighting)
  • Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing.
  • Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.
  • Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently
  • Reach with hands and arms occasionally
For Hybrid Roles:
  • Must be able to commute to an office setting as required, which may include walking short distances and navigating an office environment.
  • Occasionally moves about the office to access files, office machinery, and meet with others.
