- Support fellow staff across the Edge Fitness Clubs.

- Be comfortable with children aged 12 weeks to 12 years.
- Keep the room neat, clean and sanitary.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Demonstrates a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality.
- Passion for working with kids.

- Excellent class management skills.
- Good work ethic; reliable, on time and dependable.
- Experience in youth programming/activities preferred.
- Experience in exercise science and/or fitness preferred.
- Experience working with children required.
- CRP certified (plus).
- First Aid certified (plus).
- Epi‑Pen certified (plus).

- Ability to stand and move freely for 4+ hours.
- High energy.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
This job operates in a child‑care environment in a health club; occasional office work is necessary. The position will interact with children, Edge coaches, supervisors and members daily.
TravelLittle travel is required. Local travel to other clubs or corporate meetings may occur infrequently.
Position Type & Expected Hours Of WorkThis is a part‑time, non‑exempt position with varied hours based on business needs. Occasional evening, weekend and split‑shift work will be required.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Supervisor of the room.
