We are seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well‑established and growing practice in Shelton, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient‑centered environment with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Qualifications- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Active or eligible for a Connecticut medical license.
- Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Diagnose and treat disorders related to the digestive system, including the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder.
- Perform diagnostic procedures including endoscopies, colonoscopies, and biopsies.
- Develop treatment plans and follow up with patients to monitor progress.
- Collaborate with other specialists and primary care physicians as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Participate in call coverage on a rotational basis.
