Position

Summary

The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join a growing, collegial practice in Shelton, CT. This full-time, permanent opportunity provides an exceptional environment to practice both general and specialty ENT care, supported by experienced clinical staff, modern technology, and a mission-driven organization that prioritizes patient satisfaction and provider well-being. The ideal candidate will deliver a full spectrum of ear, nose, and throat services, including diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of ENT-related conditions.

Essential Position Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
  • Perform a variety of in-office procedures and outpatient surgeries as clinically indicated.
  • Collaborate with audiologists, primary care physicians, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in community outreach, preventive health initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT); eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
  • Experience: Prior experience in clinical or surgical ENT practice preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
