Insight Global is seeking an Accounting & Finance Specialist to support one of our clients. They are a tech-driven luxury car service platform operating in 46 states. This role will be fully onsite and work closely with a small, collaborative team of 7. Our client partners with independent drivers and operators to deliver a premium ride experience with a fully managed customer and driver experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting. You’ll also play a key role in analyzing financial data, improving processes, and ensuring accurate fund transfers between investment and operational accounts. This position requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing previous ride data and income reports using Pay Pal and Braintree
• Managing ride-related transactions: collecting funds at booking and issuing payments upon ride completion
• Handling charge disputes and maintaining financial compliance
• Running weekly payroll and managing benefits through ADP
• Preparing financial reports for internal meetings and leadership
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments
• Supporting process improvements and financial strategy initiatives
• Training and onboarding new team members on financial systems and procedures

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience (no more than 15 years) as full accountant
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data extraction from multiple platforms)
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation:

$90k to $120k per year annual salary.
