The OpportunityAlpha Capital Lending is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Loan Originator to join our rapidly growing commercial real estate lending division.
We’re looking for a proven producer with established industry relationships, a strong track record of closing transactions, and the ambition to significantly expand their loan production.

Bring your relationships. Leverage our platform. Grow your production. What You’ll Do- Source, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions.
- Develop relationships with multifamily investors, developers, brokers, and referral partners.
- Originate bridge, DSCR, bank, agency, and other commercial real estate loans.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of financing opportunities.
- Leverage relationships across Alpha Capital’s brokerage, acquisitions, and property management divisions to identify new business.
- Collaborate with our internal transaction coordination team to efficiently execute closings.
- 5+ years of commercial real estate lending or debt origination experience.
- Proven track record of originating and closing commercial real estate loans.
- Established network of borrowers and referral partners.
- Strong understanding of multifamily and commercial real estate financing.
- Experience with $2M–$10M transactions preferred.
- Demonstrated annual loan production of $20M+ preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and highly motivated.
