As the Director of Technical Service Delivery, you will oversee and lead multiple technical delivery organizations within our company. This role includes responsibility for the Digital Experience, HR, and Engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery, support, and evolution of business applications and platforms. You will engage in architectural planning, technical oversight, sprint and delivery management, and team leadership across the delivery organizations.

Your focus will be driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Digital Experience, HR, and Engineering delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Optimize the technical landscape to ensure application health, security standards, best practices, and rationalize the application portfolio.
• Offer technical oversight and guidance, aligning solutions with industry best practices and company standards; review and approve technical designs, architectures, and implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and innovation.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively across teams, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, skills, and support.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with delivery projects, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, Agile and Dev Ops practices, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of systems integration and architecture, APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.
• Proficiency in data management and analytics tools, SQL, No

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices to ensure security and integrity.
• Experience with HR systems and technologies, HRIS, payroll systems, employee engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of engineering tools and technologies, CAD software, PLM systems, IoT platforms.
• Ability to lead technical teams, provide mentorship, and drive technical excellence.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience:
  • 15+ years in IT application architecture, design, and delivery for external‑facing applications.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology across application development, infrastructure, and mobile platforms.
  • 7+ years in enterprise architecture planning, technical oversight, and cloud administration (Azure).
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong background in .NET, cloud‑native technologies, modern eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with CAD, PLM, Success Factors, Commerce Tools, Algolia.
  • Deep understanding of API management, legacy application support, security best practices.
• Methodologies & Leadership:
  • Proven experience with Agile frameworks, sprint planning, and delivery management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive complex technology initiatives.

• Advanced certifications in cloud architecture or enterprise systems.
• Experience in digital transformation and large‑scale platform modernization.
