Project Manager, Data Analyst, Business Systems​/ Tech Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with leaders to support internal and client projects, manage project documentation, coordinate meetings, follow up with stakeholders, and present data using Excel and PowerPoint. This role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to strategic projects within a professional, fast-paced environment.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking internal and client projects.
• Maintain project trackers, action lists, and status updates in Excel or similar application.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and data summaries in PowerPoint.
• Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Provide support through documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and flag project risks, delays, or dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate across departments to gather data, analyze information, and present insights.

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) and Power Point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to learn new tools quickly (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Power BI)
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to grow within the organization

• Exposure to business analysis, process improvement, or data visualization
• Certification or coursework in project management (CAPM, PMP prep, etc.)

• Consistent on-time completion of project tasks and documentation
• Accuracy of reporting and presentation deliverables
