VP of Sales — Healthcare Technology Consulting | Build It From the Inside.Saisystems Technology | In-House | Shelton, CT.
This role is NOT for pure B2B SaaS sales leaders.
Saisystems Technology is hiring a hands‑on VP of Sales to build and scale our professional services / consulting business in healthcare — working in‑house, on‑site in Shelton, CT, side‑by‑side with the founders.
If your background is selling custom software, Microsoft consulting, data, analytics, or digital transformation services — this role is built for you. Your market are the healthcare providers and payors.
If you only sold subscription SaaS products — this role is not a fit.
What You’ll Do- Personally hunt, qualify, and close consulting & professional services deals.
- Sell Microsoft-based healthcare solutions (Dynamics, Azure, .NET, data, automation).
- Own revenue growth across new logos and existing accounts.
- Build, hire, and lead a consulting‑focused sales team.
- Work in‑house with founders, delivery, and technical teams.
- Drive sales process, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.
- Expand accounts through services‑led growth, not SaaS renewals.
- Proven experience selling professional services / consulting (REQUIRED).
- Background in custom application development, Microsoft consulting, or healthcare IT services.
- Comfortable with longer, consultative sales cycles.
- Hands‑on seller who still carries a bag.
- Based in — or willing to work on‑site in Shelton, CT.
- Hunter mindset with executive‑level credibility.
- Build a services‑led sales organization from the ground up.
- True founder‑level partnership and decision‑making authority.
