Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is expanding its Net Suite consulting network throughout Southern Connecticut, connecting experienced ERP professionals with organizations investing in financial systems modernization, process improvement, and technology transformation.

As organizations continue to evolve their financial operations, experienced Net Suite professionals play a critical role in ensuring successful implementations, improving reporting capabilities, and maximizing the value of enterprise technology investments.

We are seeking consultants who bring hands-on Net Suite expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to work closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to deliver meaningful results.

• Lead or support Net Suite ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

• Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop effective system solutions.

• Configure Net Suite modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and financial reporting tools.

• Support general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and other financial processes within Net Suite.

• Assist with data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot system issues, evaluate enhancements, and recommend solutions to improve functionality.

• Develop system documentation and provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP, including implementation, administration, consulting, or system optimization.

• Experience participating in or leading Net Suite implementation or enhancement projects.

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes, including general ledger, AP, AR, and financial reporting.

• Experience with Net Suite configuration, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.

• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, testing, and system troubleshooting.

• Experience with Net Suite One World, Suite Analytics, Suite Flow, or Suite Script is a plus.

• Net Suite certifications are preferred but not required.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Anticipated consulting pay: $75–$110+ per hour, depending on experience, project scope, and technical expertise.
