Marketing Manager

A growing professional services and wealth advisory organisation is seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across multiple business lines.

This is a hands-on role for a true marketer who enjoys owning the full campaign lifecycle, from developing concepts and messaging through to execution and performance analysis. The successful candidate will combine strong campaign strategy, content development, design sensibility, and marketing automation expertise to engage high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and referral partners.

This is not a Salesforce administration role. The focus is on developing impactful marketing programmes and bringing them to life through marketing automation tools.

• Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, social media, direct marketing, and events.
• Create compelling messaging and content tailored to affluent clients, business owners, and professional referral networks.
• Translate business objectives into effective campaign strategies and creative briefs.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative execution across all marketing touchpoints.
• Produce and oversee marketing collateral, presentations, thought leadership content, and promotional materials.

• Build and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Create email journeys, landing pages, forms, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing programmes.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
• Maintain marketing data quality and support ongoing audience development initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous but not essential.

• Plan and execute client events, educational seminars, networking functions, and virtual events.
• Manage event marketing campaigns from concept through post-event follow-up.
• Develop event branding, invitations, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Mentor and support junior marketing team members.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring delivery against deadlines.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders, advisors, and business leaders to support growth initiatives.
• Align marketing activities with client acquisition and business development objectives.

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Essential background in financial services marketing, specifically:
• Wealth Management
• Asset Management
• Registered Investment Advisory (RIA)
• Investment Management
• Experience marketing professional services, accounting, advisory, tax, or consulting services is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Strong campaign development, content creation, and copywriting skills.
• Experience planning and executing client-facing events.
• Previous people management or mentoring experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
