Summary:

The Member Engagement Role Model plays a vital role in supporting the YMCA's mission of strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This position helps create a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for members by assisting with program development, organization, and implementation.

• Warmly welcome members - Greet all members by name during check-in to foster a friendly and inclusive environment.
• Encourage positive interactions - Assist members toward participation in fun, engaging activities.
• Contribute to program development - Provide input for new member programs or activities and help expand programming.
• Assist with outreach - Support the marketing and distribution of program information to families.
• Track participation - Monitor member usage and provide feedback on activities and events.
• Additional responsibilities - Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with the planned Chart of Work.
