Nurse Educator
Lincoln Tech is looking for a Nursing Clinical Manager in Educationwho will be a part of the school's nursing management team and coordinate the clinical component of the nursing program. Your goal would be to accomplish the program's objectives and support the organization's mission, all while upholding the school's highest standards of quality, ethics, and integrity.
Responsibilities for Nursing Clinical Manager
- Ensure that the school's operations are in compliance with government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites
- Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys and review the results with relevant parties
- Assist with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation
- Ensure that all instructors are present, and provisions are made for clinical faculty absences
- Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences
- Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and Skill lab process
Requirements for Nursing Clinical Manager
- 2+ years of experience in clinical nursing education
- 3+ years of experience in the nursing field
- Current CT State RN License
- Life and Disability Insurance
