We are looking for an outgoing, food-passionate individual to be the face of our hotel restaurant. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while allowing our guests a special dining experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome and connect with every customer. Discover customer needs and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
- Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or hotel functions and services.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS system.
- Prepare coffee, barista drinks, specialty drinks and food orders using Turbo Chef.
- Perform running side work and opening & closing duties as required by service station assignment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable).
- Teamwork — Offer or ask for help to fellow team members as situations arise.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Bistro as directed by the immediate supervisor.
