Stretch Lab is the leader in one‑on‑one assisted stretching, helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. Backed by Xponential Fitness, we’ve grown to more than 450 studios nationwide — and our CT team continues to expand rapidly!

Our Shelton studio is part of a thriving, supportive group of locations across Connecticut and New York. We’re building a high‑energy, team‑oriented environment where every member and employee can thrive.

• Deliver customized one‑on‑one assisted stretching sessions
• Educate clients on flexibility, recovery, and mobility best practices
• Build lasting relationships that drive membership retention
• Support the studio during presale, community events, and local partnerships
• Maintain studio professionalism, cleanliness, and safety standards

We’ll provide paid training and full certification through Stretch Lab’s nationally recognized Flexologist Training Program (FTP) — a 30‑hour, hands‑on program designed to prepare you to deliver the highest‑quality stretch sessions in the industry.

You’ll learn:

• Assisted stretch techniques
• Client assessment & communication
• Anatomy & mobility science fundamentals
• Professional studio operations

• Certified Personal Trainers (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
• Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs)
• Physical Therapy Assistants or Chiropractic Assistants
• Yoga, Pilates, or Dance Instructors
• Kinesiology or Exercise Science graduates

• Have 1+ years of experience in fitness, movement, or bodywork
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Are dependable, coachable, and thrive in a team environment
• Are excited about helping others move and feel their best
