Academy Soccer Coach

Overview

Challenger understands that players, coaches, parents and administrators all have different needs and priorities. By listening to our customers for over 25 years we have created a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game. Challenger Sports is owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals, with nine offices and 100 full time staff providing a comprehensive range of soccer services and products.

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams and players while following a Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve:

• Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old)
• Logbooks: keeping track of hours and sessions
• Session plans: using Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Communication: with parents/players within our registration programs
• Scheduling: follow your schedule and be adaptable for any changes based on inclement weather

$20-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1 hour radius of your home.

Evening sessions Monday to Friday and daytime sessions on weekends.

• Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
• Must have experience working with children.
• All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
• The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
• Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
