Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, efficient, and accurate teller services, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and cash advances
  • Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately
  • Assist members with account questions, changes, and updates
  • Promote and explain OURCU products and services that fit members’ needs—always with a member-first approach
  • Maintain the confidentiality, security, and professionalism expected in a financial environment
  • Collaborate with teammates to keep operations smooth, secure, and efficient
  • Support a welcoming branch environment where members feel recognized and valued

Prior banking or credit union experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your proven success working directly with people and your passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6 months–2 years of experience in customer or member service (cash handling experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, math, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word and Excel, and standard office equipment
  • Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct
  • Bilingual skills a plus
