Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician
Mason Health, a top critical-access hospital in the Puget Sound, seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join their rapidly expanding team in Shelton, Washington (WA).

- Outpatient only with 4-day week
- Option to pick up inpatient shifts, but not required
- Joining 30 other primary care providers
- Average of 16-18 patients per day
- J1 and H1B visa sponsorship

Compensation:
- Base salary of $303,368
- Sign-on bonus of $45,000
- Student loan repayment up to $125,000 (options for Canadian loans as well)
- Residency stipend options
- Recruitment package up to $473,368
- Benefits package with health, dental, and vision insurance, 280 hours of PTO, CME Stipend of 5K annually, 2 Retirement plans and 1 pension plan available with 8% match
