The Player's Club Representative promotes products, services and entertainment events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for greeting and assisting patrons and answering inquiries relating to company-sponsored events and promotions.
- Telephone, visit, or write to customers or organizations such as chambers of commerce, corporate employee recreation clubs, social clubs, and professional groups to persuade them to purchase tickets or attend Little Creek Casino Resort entertainment events.
- Utilize the Vendini ticketing system to assist patrons with event information as well as event ticket purchasing and/or defunding with cash, comps, credit card and MVP point purchases.
- Interact and visit with customers to promote sales of company products and services and solicit participation in casino-sponsored events.
- Assist at concerts and special events with equipment set up, patron seating, dissemination of information, take down and/or equipment removal.
- Memorize scripts, read or ad‑lib using a microphone to identify and announce upcoming promotions or events sponsored by Little Creek Casino Resort.
- Deliver promotion items such as pins, posters, glasses, napkins and samples of products or services.
- Comment on matters of interest to individuals or groups of customers on current promotions or upcoming events.
- Operate keyboard or data entry device to enter data into computer to maintain customer database.
- Compare data entered with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
- Stock shelves, counters or tables with merchandise.
- Perform clerical duties such as sorting mail, stuffing bags, envelopes, stamping coupons, etc.
- Responsible for knowing all events on the property.
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
