Speech Language Pathologist – Mason Health

Join Mason Health as a Speech Language Pathologist in the 10‑hour day shift, full‑time (1.0 FTE) position. This role is located in Shelton, WA.

Non‑exempt, $47.07/HR

Job Summary

Responsible for evaluating patients, determining plan‑of‑care and treatment goals, and participating in treatment within the scope of Speech and Language Pathology. Provides oversight to therapy assistants and students, supervises therapy aides and volunteers, and works as part of a patient care team to deliver a “Patients First” experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and establish treatment plans and goals using data from patient records, interviews, observations, and team members.
  • Implement and update treatment plans, documenting accurately and timely according to regulatory, state licensure, and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care, act as liaison with nursing, medical and other therapy staff, facilitate problem solving and coordination of services, and serve as an educational resource.
