Job Title: Shaving Line Operator
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hour
Hours: Swing

Shift: Training from 3 PM to 3 AM, then transitioning to Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Shaving Line Operator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient workflows. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Do:
As a Shaving Line Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating bagging and baler machines, shrink wrap machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers.
• Conducting quality checks on bags to ensure proper seals.
• Assisting in other production areas as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Moving finished pallets with a forklift to the stacking area.
• Using skid steers or front-end loaders to load feed bins.
• Assisting Shift Leads with pellet mill operations and reporting material or moisture issues.
• Performing basic maintenance such as greasing mills, changing/sharpening blades, and troubleshooting minor repairs.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Experience with manufacturing systems preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 40-70 lb bags regularly.
• A willingness to operate or learn to operate a chainsaw.
