The Member Engagement Role Model plays a vital role in supporting the YMCA’s mission of strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This position helps create a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for members by assisting with program development, organization, and implementation.

Essential Functions

Warmly welcome members – Greet all members by name during check-in to foster a friendly and inclusive environment.

Encourage positive interactions – Assist members towards participation in fun, engaging activities.

Contribute to program development – Provide input for new member programs or activities and help expand programming.

Assist with outreach – Support the marketing and distribution of program information to families.

Track participation – Monitor member usage and provide feedback on activities and events.

Additional responsibilities – Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with the planned Chart of Work.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating a positive and enriching environment for members while supporting the YMCA’s commitment to community well-being.
