• Transporting and escorting residents to/from medical appointments, activities, outings, and general errands
• Picking up new admissions from nearby hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of the facility van; including scheduling and arranging for general preventative maintenance, minor repairs, licensing, etc.
• Help out on the floor as a Hospitality Assistant in between driving responsibilities

• Must have current drivers license that is in good standing and a clean driving record
• Active Washington CNA/NAC license with no enforcement action against it, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to speak, understand, read and write in English

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
