As a Retail Store and Operations Manager, you will be coaching, leading and training your sales team with the goal of providing the best customer service experience. You will also be expected to hold one-on-one coaching sessions and motivate your staff to achieve both business and individual goals.
Responsibilities- Coaching, leading and training the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions to motivate staff toward business and individual goals.
- Analyzing business metrics, identifying opportunities, and creating/implementing improvement plans.
- Managing marketing and advertising activities.
- Communicating with leadership staff and following instructions.
- Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience.
- Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Achievement of sales and profit goals; proactive analysis of business needs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
