Job DescriptionPurposes and Scope:
The Coordinator I, Procurement facilitates daily operations within assigned area. Provides administrative and operational support tothe Procurement Department and assists with the coordination ofvendor onboarding, procurement activities, and related processes.
Serves as a resource to System staff and vendors regarding procurement systems, vendor requirements, and general procurement processes. Supports the Procurement team in maintaining accurate procurement information, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of assigned procurement-related activities. Makes and communicates process decisions based on best practices.
