Associates in Pediatric Therapy invites applications for the Registered Behavior Technician position in an engaging therapy environment. The RBT supports children and families through high quality ABA services.

• Provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in outpatient clinics, home‑based, or school/community settings.
• Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBAs.
• Document detailed daily treatment notes in EMR to ensure appropriate billing.
• Communicate and collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and other team members.
• Participate in therapy meetings as scheduled.
• Attend CEU trainings as needed to maintain professional license requirements.
• Complete all documentation and supervisory requirements as required by state board for RBT.
• Assist in developing resources and support information for patients and families.
• Discuss appropriate referrals for additional services with BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current RBT certification a plus.
• Experience in a pediatric environment (daycares, schools, etc.).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
