Instant Aire is seeking highly motivated HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. • Perform diagnostic and routine service calls on HVAC systems
• Repair, maintain, and install heating and cooling units for residential and commercial customers
• Accurately document all services and communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• Ensure systems comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude
• Operate company-provided vehicles safely and responsibly
• Uphold company reputation for excellence with each customer interaction
• Follow company procedures and complete service tickets efficiently

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and dependable with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• No specific education or certifications required

Full-time, Monday - Friday
