Salary: £53,000 (OTE £60,000+)
Shift: 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights - 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
Job RoleWe are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a market-leading FMCG manufacturing business in Somerset. The successful candidate will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of production equipment, ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime and supporting overall site performance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement activities and engineering projects, helping to drive efficiency across the business.

This business operates within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
Non-Negotiable Requirements- Must be multi-skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias
- Must hold an engineering qualification
- Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
- Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience working on production and process machinery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supporting continuous improvement activities
- FMCG or manufacturing background
- Experience working on high-speed production lines
- Excellent training and development programmes

- Up to £53,000 salary
