The Role As a Production Operative, youll be part of a close-knit production team, where quality, safety, and teamwork matter. Youll be trained to:
Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings Assemble and produce high-quality automotive components Carry out visual quality checks on your own work Follow clear health & safety processes designed to keep everyone safe Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly No two days are exactly the same, and youll learn valuable skills used across modern manufacturing.

Shift Pattern This role operates on a two - shift rotation:
Days:
Monday Thursday 6:45am 3pm Friday 6:45am 2:30pm Lates:
Monday Thursday 4:20pm 00:35 Friday 2:55pm 10:40pm Youll need to be flexible to work all shifts and overtime when required. Shift premiums reflect this flexibility.
