Job Title: Farm Machine Operator
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Shepton Mallet, Somerset
On behalf of our client, Harper Finley are looking to hire an Experienced Machine Operator to join our clients busy, long-established beef farm - part of a leading multinational farming group with operations across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
You’ll be at the heart of the daily operation, driving a teleporter, tractor and other modern farm machinery, reporting directly to the Farm Manager.
What's on offer:- Permanent, full-time role
- Monday-Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm (with weekend rota)
- Competitive salary: £38,000-£40,000 (£15 / £16 per hour)
- Self employed option available
- Strong experience operating farm machinery

- A passion for livestock farming and keeping things running smoothly
