Holcim UK is hiring a General Operative for our Torrs concrete block plant in Shepton Mallet. You will operate manufacturing equipment, inspect plant routines, and keep the production area tidy and compliant with site instructions.
You will join a multi-skilled team on a day shift from 8AM to 5:30PM, with overtime possible. The role requires a motivated individual with forklift experience, IT literacy, and strong teamwork and organisational skills.
