Salary: GBP
13.35 - GBP
13.35 per hour

At Thrive Group, we are currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Assistant to join our client, a leading distributor of medical products and medicines.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory standards. Your Role

As a Quality & Compliance Assistant, you will support the Contracts and Compliance team by:

  • Assisting with maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015
    , Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and relevant UK legislation.
  • Supporting the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Assisting with regulatory audits, inspections and internal self-inspections.
  • Maintaining training records and the company training matrix.
  • Supporting the implementation of operational improvements and process changes.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties for the Contracts and Compliance team.
  • Ensuring all compliance records are securely maintained and audit ready.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday -
What We're Looking For
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a regulated or compliance-based environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Experience with in quality, compliance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or medical devices would be advantageous but is not essential.
