Responsibilities- Partner with Store Leader to develop the best team:
- Support in creating a high performing team where diversity is celebrated and each individual feels valued, respected, and included. Always championing equity, empathy, and understanding in all interactions – internally and externally.
- Encourage dynamic discussions and invite ideas and different perspectives to drive creativity and collaboration.

- Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools to support you and your team.
- Collaborate with Store Leader to be commercially driven:
- Continually demonstrate a commitment to driving your business.

- Demonstrate expert market awareness and the ability to use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
- Lead and deliver operational excellence showing respect and consideration for people, product and your environment.
