We are looking to recruit an organised and motivated person to join our Warehouse team.
Typical Responsibilities- Pick, pack and despatch customer orders accurately and on time, in accordance with daily schedules and priority requirements
- Operate warehouse management systems (Bridge/Opera) to process orders and update stock records and support inventory control across the warehouse
- Conduct cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Report and investigate any stock discrepancies promptly
- Take responsibility for health and safety within the warehouse, following all procedures and reporting hazards or incidents as required
- Support the wider team with goods in, stock movements, bar cutting and general warehouse duties as required
- Focus on continuous improvement and work with all departments to promote ‘one team’ culture
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numeracy and literacy
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Good understanding of health and safety responsibilities in the workplace
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to accept change
- Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach)
- Experience using Bridge or Opera systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Good IT and computer skills
- Assembly experience

Our company operates on a two‑shift basis (on‑site) which rotates weekly.
Shift times are:
Week 1:
Monday to Friday 07:30 to 15:30 and Week 2:
Monday to Thursday 09:30 to 17:30 and Friday 08:00 to 16:30
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre‑existing right to work and travel within the UK. Documentary evidence will be requested at interview.
