Warehouse Order Picker

We are looking for a proactive and efficient Picker to support the day-to-day performance of our warehouse picking operation. As a highly regarded growing business (over 200 employees) in our industry, we supply fast moving consumer goods daily to major retailers across the UK and Europe. • £13.15 per hour
• £100 attendance bonus every 4 weeks

• 2-week rotating shift:
• Week 1: 08:00 – 17:00
• Week 2: 09:00 – 18:00
• Working alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Dedicated day off during the week

• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
• Working towards productivity and performance targets
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative / Picker / Packer (preferred but not essential)
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail for counting stock
• Reliable, with strong attendance and timekeeping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit to manage the manual handling involved in the warehouse
