Fixed-term (2–3 years) Salary: £30k-£35k per annum dependent on experience Reed is delighted to be working with an independent organisation dedicated to strengthening Cambridge's innovation ecosystem. They are located at Cambridge's innovation hub, where they deliver strategic programmes, high-profile events and foster international partnerships. They are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to become a central member of their team.
Day-to-day of the role :
Provide high-quality executive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, appointments, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders. Co-ordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing papers and managing logistics. Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining office facilities, equipment and supplies. Support organisational planning and administrative projects, including onboarding and induction for new staff.
Assist with the planning and delivery of meetings, events and visiting delegations, working collaboratively across the team to support organisational priorities. Required
Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or senior administrative role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM and digital administrative systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Benefits :
