Gap Technical is seeking an Engineering Manager for a facility near Sherborne. The role is days-only (Mon-Fri) with a salary of £70,000 - £75,000.
You will lead the engineering function across the full manufacturing process, from assembly to product release, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety, quality and cost. You will manage the site engineering team, recruit and train, resolve complex manufacturing issues, and align engineering activities with aerospace manufacturing
