Gap Technical are representing a global manufacturing business for the role of Production Manager at a facility near Sherborne. The position is days only (Mon-Fri) with a salary band of £60,000–£70,000.
Lead daily production operations, coordinating labour, materials and resources to maximise output, quality and delivery.
Candidates should have prior Production Manager or Operations leadership experience, a manufacturing qualification, and a proven record of improving productivity and safety.
