Gap Technical Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager in Sherborne to lead manufacturing operations and drive efficiency across production, maintenance and inventory. The role offers a £80,000–£90,000 salary and a Monday–Friday days schedule in a fast-paced, process‑driven environment.
You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team, implement lean Six Sigma projects, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and collaborate with engineering, QA and supply chain to meet safety, quality and performance standards.
