Job Description & How to Apply Below

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Development team at Sherborne Schools Group in a role that combines relationship-building, fundraising and data management. Working closely with the Group Development Director, you will play a key part in growing regular giving across the Group, helping to strengthen connections with our alumni, parents and wider community while supporting the long‑term ambitions of our schools.

Based at Sherborne Girls, but working across the wider Sherborne Schools Group, you will take ownership of our regular giving programme, developing engaging campaigns and appeals that inspire support from different audiences. From helping to shape Giving Days and future telethons to building a meaningful legacy giving programme, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and see the results of your work across the Group.

Alongside fundraising, you will become the Development team's lead user of our CRM database, Raiser's Edge, ensuring that our data is accurate, insightful and used effectively to support decision‑making and measure success. You will work closely with colleagues in Development and Finance to manage gift administration, reporting and Gift Aid processes, while helping the team make the most of data to strengthen engagement and fundraising activity.

We are looking for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with strong communication skills, who takes pride in maintaining excellent data standards, and who is motivated by being part of a collaborative and supportive team. This role offers the chance to contribute to a thriving and ambitious schools group, working with colleagues across a range of projects, events and initiatives that support both our fundraising objectives and the wider life of the Sherborne community.
