Position: Accounting Manager at Jobber

In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Manager of Accounting and focus on improving accounting processes. Your expertise in controls mapping and complex transactions, including revenue recognition and business combinations, will be key. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new workflows and AI-driven solutions in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical accounting expertise for complex transactions

• Lead controls mapping and documentation efforts

• Collaborate across departments for impactful projects

• Reimagine accounting processes using AI and automation

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of financial close processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation with strong US GAAP knowledge

• Significant accounting experience including public practice

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Solid project management instincts for complex tasks

• Experience with SaaS companies and IPOs is a plus
