La comptabilité, la paie et Excel intermédiaire vous intéressent? Ball recherche un coordonnateur administratif bilingue anglais-français, attentif aux détails.
Ce poste administratif soutient l’entreprise et divers organismes gouvernementaux. Vous traiterez les comptes créditeurs, la paie horaire, les saisies-arrêts et les rapports de dépenses. Vous collaborerez aussi à la fin de mois et au recrutement.
Responsabilités clés :- Créer, classer et rapprocher des dossiers et rapports
- Traiter les comptes créditeurs et la paie horaire
- Préparer les saisies-arrêts et rapports de dépenses
- Collaborer à la fin de mois financière
- Gérer les détails administratifs du recrutement
- Formation secondaire ou professionnelle en secrétariat ou comptabilité
- Minimum de deux ans d’expérience professionnelle
- Capacité à effectuer des calculs mathématiques de base
- Maîtrise intermédiaire d’Excel et attention aux détails
- Bilinguisme anglais-français pour communications fréquentes
