Accounting Associate Financial Reporting

Use Quick Books and accounting principles as an Accounting Associate supporting a financial advisory and investment management firm in person. Manage detailed financial operations daily.

This full-time Accounting Associate position offers a day shift and $75,000 salary. The firm serves individuals, families, and institutions. You will support data entry, vendor billing, payroll, commissions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Manage daily accounting data entry and vendor billing processes
• Calculate commissions and process payroll accurately
• Track employee time off and maintain related records
• Record journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Generate monthly reports and assist with year-end reporting

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proficiency with Quick Books and accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail in accounting work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and support regulatory compliance
