You will maintain standard costs, monitor inventory discrepancies, and provide key support for payroll and accounts payable. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update standard costs regularly

• Analyze variances in actual vs. standard costs

• Identify and recommend actionable process improvements

• Monitor inventory levels for discrepancies and risks

• Collaborate on product improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency in Excel

• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
