Use Quick Books and accounting principles as an Accounting Associate supporting a financial advisory and investment management firm in person. Manage detailed financial operations daily.
This full-time Accounting Associate position offers a day shift and $75,000 salary. The firm serves individuals, families, and institutions. You will support data entry, vendor billing, payroll, commissions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily accounting data entry and vendor billing processes
- Calculate commissions and process payroll accurately
- Track employee time off and maintain related records
- Record journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Generate monthly reports and assist with year-end reporting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proficiency with Quick Books and accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in accounting work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and support regulatory compliance
