Build precise financial reporting at Plooto as a Senior Accountant focused on close, reconciliations, audit support, and scalable finance operations.
This Senior Accountant supports month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, payroll, audits, and process optimization. You will apply financial accounting fundamentals, audit experience, ASPE and IFRS knowledge, and attention to detail. The work also involves improving accounting processes through automation and systems thinking.
Key Responsibilities:- Own month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes
- Prepare revenue recognition and deferred revenue entries
- Maintain balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation
- Three or more years of accounting experience
- CPA designation or active CPA completion
- Strong financial accounting and audit support knowledge
- Strong ASPE and IFRS knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
